About Craftagift Brick Figures

No, they are not assembled. They need to be manually assembled upon receipt.

Currently, we can produce characters, dog, and cat Brick Figures. Other animals or props will be available online soon.

Yes, each Brick Figure includes detailed instructions in PDF format. You can access them by scanning the QR code inside the package or by requesting them via email.

Unfortunately, we don’t provide previews before ordering, but rest assured, we'll email you a new image if there are any issues. Contact our services after purchase for previews and adjustments until you're satisfied.

We'll design the necessary parts for you if the image doesn't show the entire body. Please note, we don't accept adjustments due to dissatisfaction with the designer's additions.

We solely own the collected information and don’t share it with third parties. Your privacy is important to us.

Questions about Photo Uploading

  1. Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one and not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details!
  2. A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead.
  3. Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.
  4. JPG/PNG photos - Our system does not recognize PDF files. PDF files will need to be converted to either a JPG or PNG file. If neither of these options work, try using another photo. If you are still unable to upload, please contact customer service.

We crop the photo for you! Just send us a high-quality, head-on photo of your loved one and we’ll crop out the background details so only the face is featured on your product! If your pet or person has an accessory, hat, or collar that you would like to keep (or get rid of), please specify these details in the order notes.

Questions about Ordering and Payment

We will be happy to help you change your color, size, picture, or cancel/refund the order - just fill in the Contact Form with your order number, email address, and your desired changes. Changes/cancellations to orders will only be accepted before an order is put into production.

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once your items have been put into production. This would mean that the designing and shaping has started. To cancel or change it, would mean a charge of 30% customization fee per item, because the item is made to order and can no longer be sold as new.

If you need to change your shipping address, we can help right up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message below with the current shipping address on file and the address that you would like to change it to.

Questions about Shipping & Delivery

Typically, it takes about 5-7 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, It will deliver continental US orders in 7-10 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.

Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

No, you can't change shipping destinations after placing your order.

Free shipping over $69.00. For orders under $69.00, you'll have to pay $7.99 as shipping fee.

Free express shipping over $120. For orders under $120.00, you'll have to pay $25.95 as shipping fee.

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.

Most items are made-to-order. Processing time differs from product to product. Engraved or personalized orders may take 1-3 working days. During peak holiday and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer.

We provide worldwide shipping and free for standard shipping on orders over $69. All the customized items need 5-7 business days to handcraft, then we will ship to you as soon as possible.

Tracking My Order

  • Paint is chipping, Crystals fall off, etc. (We will only exchange the item(s) for the same product, or for item(s) or equal or lesser value.)

The following reasons are covered by our 90 days LIMITED COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy.

(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. CraftAGift does not refund any shipping fees.)

  • Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
  • Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.

The following reasons are NOT covered by our 90 days.

  • Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, your order is subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Return Service Procedure:

  • Please submit a support ticket, and attach clear photos of the items that represent a quality issue.
  • Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.
  • Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that refund processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

Revise & Cancel Order: If you would like to cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible, but we’d like you to understand that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders processed and shipped as fast, and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our customer service department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be put into production or in the shipping process. In that case, we can't change or cancel an order once it has been sent out.

Please note: For orders that have been put into production or dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy.  

We make every effort to get the order to you as soon as possible. This accounts for the time utilized when processing products and packaging. Customized orders will take a little longer process due to the customization work involved (please refer to the processing time on the relevant product page). Once the order is sent out, with the standard shipping, it will take about 7-10 business days for the order to arrive.
